When to seek emergency care: Virtual urgent care is appropriate for non-emergency concerns such as colds, minor infections, rashes, and medication questions. For chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe injury, difficulty breathing, suicidal thoughts, or any life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Pediatric visits: A parent or legal guardian must be present during the visit for any patient under 18 years of age.

Common questions

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or change service categories at any time through your patient portal or by messaging our care team.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel anytime. Monthly plans end at the close of the current billing cycle. Multi-month plans can be canceled and any unused months refunded per our refund policy.

Do you accept HSA or FSA?

Many of our services are HSA/FSA eligible. We provide itemized receipts you can submit for reimbursement. Check with your plan administrator for specific eligibility.

Is my health information secure?

Yes. Vantage Telehealth is HIPAA-compliant. All communications, records, and payments are protected by industry-standard encryption and handled through HIPAA-covered platforms.
